By accessing or using IFaveIt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
IFaveIt is a browser extension and web application that allows users to save, organize, and manage bookmarks in private collections. The Service includes the Chrome extension, web dashboard, and related backend services.
User Accounts
To use IFaveIt, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Save or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Collect or harvest user data without consent
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you save using IFaveIt. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your saved content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not monitor or review the content you save, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
The IFaveIt name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and branding are the property of IFaveIt. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFaveIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFaveIt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service settings or by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IFaveIt operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
